This marketing plan is my latest work related to university studies and is answering a client brief. The client is the Heartbreak Hotel and they requested a Digital and Direct Marketing Plan to be developed for their business.
Within this paper, digital and direct marketing tools, are suggested to aid the Heartbreak Hotel (HH) in building up its customer base, online presence, and sales. The suggested tools will allow the HH to story-tell and reiterate that HH is so much more than just a hotel. The HH is a hotel created by women, for women, and there are many interesting stories to tell, activities to uplift and make a person feel loved again, and support to be given.
Appendices were created as examples of a Facebook post, Email Newsletter, SMS Marketing and Social Media Campaign.
